What’s behind these posts and the numbers with the days?
I’m doing a cleanse for 60 days to help turn around my high PSA levels and reduce my cholesterol numbers. I know the power of the body, and I’ve decided to post a little every day to help you understand what I’m doing in the process. As a chiropractor, I also help others feel better and help facilitate their own cleanses and other health goals they are looking to achieve.
Who’s really running the show?
By and large, the subconscious mind rules the day, and controls much of what we do. Furthermore, the unconscious mind has a huge impact on our conscious thoughts.
Why is this important?

Since the subconscious controls most of what we do, then let’s make sure when we want to make a change for the better, we include some reprogramming tactics with self-hypnosis. Our conscious mind can reprogram subconscious behavior which will lead to better habits and a better life.
