Day 14/60: What is the most important component of your diet?

My sixty-day cleanse

Every day I’m posting a Facebook live video to show my commitment to my 60-day program and to help inspire others that can use some healing in their life. That healing could be anything that is affecting the quality of your life, or a pending health issue that you don’t want to escalate. In my case, the PSA levels are very high (6), and my cholesterol is borderline high with a family history of diabetes and heart disease. My diet is very clean but is rich in cholesterol-laden foods like animal products, dairy, and lots of coconuts. Also, there’s a consumption of sugar too. My diet now completely eliminates all of this and going a very healthy vegan. Let me know how I can help you reset your life with a 60-day Achievement program.

What is the most important component of your diet?

According to Tanu Shweta Pandey, MD MPH FACP, a Physician Executive, Entrepreneur, Author, and Consultant in Internal Medicine in Los Angeles, the most important component of your diet is WATER. She eloquently describes the benefits of water in her first video series on TP tips of the day on living a healthy life.

2 Liters of Water on the 60-day Cleanse

Since water is such an important part of healing, we recommend at least 2 liters of water per day. Keeping the body hydrated will help facilitate the cleansing process. If you haven’t heard enough, click HERE to read the Big Benefits of Plain Water from the Harvard Medical school.
