Day 20/60: Featured Supplement – Colon Cleanser

Wow! 20 Days!

I feel so proud to write this and that I have made it to the 20th day. I have actually gone through one-third of my program. I planned this 60-day cleanse to reset my lab numbers back to normal levels. I’m confident to reverse the lipid panel results, but not so sure about lowering my PSA levels. As a practicing chiropractor, I’ve put people on cleanses for over 30 years, and still doing it. But now is the time for… “Doctor Heal Thyself.” It’s my time to do the cleanse.

I go live on Facebook and share this healing cleanse publicly just because I want to educate as many people as I can. At the same time, your support makes me motivated to stay on track. This accountability, I believe, is an important aspect of my Achievement Program!

Colon Cleansers

Colon cleanses target the colon (large intestine) as shown

Continuing the supplement program of the 60-day cleanse, today I am going to talk about colon cleansers. My dispensary with over 200 plus companies, I recommend Cleanse More product to be a very effective product. I use and recommend it because it helps detox the colon. Feel free to get yours at this link.

The colon is the large intestine and comprised of the ascending, transverse, and decending colon. Gut health needs to function optimally to maintain a healthy body. The colon cleansers flush the colon to remove the toxic substances that are sluggish due to all the processed foods most everyone consumes. They can be especially useful if you face constipation or irritable bowel syndrome. Some evidence also shows their part in reducing the risk of colon cancer.

There are different supplements used for colon cleanses. They could be either laxatives or enemas. We previously talked about digestive enzymes and probiotics and they work in tandem with colon cleansers. Stay tuned for tomorrow I will be talking about the next supplement which is efficient for colon cleansing as well!

Are There Any Risks?

The product we recommend is ultra-safe, and you just have to make sure the dose is right. Start out with the recommended dose and adjust if need be. Usually, two capsules daily are good for efficient elimination.

The Recommended Dose

The ideal dose is one capsule in the morning and another in the evening, with full glass of water. Depending upon your particular metabolic condition, you can then see how it goes. If you are not eliminating enough, you can raise the dose, and take a capsule with lunch in the afternoon.

Again, I emphasize that the dose of colon cleansers depends upon your body’s metabolism. I even had a patient who would take 3 capsules twice daily. You can contact me if you have any questions or would like a consultation.
