Day 59/60: Cleanse Away Excess Pounds

Almost Finished!

It is day 59, and I am about to finish my 60-day achievement program. The purpose of this wellness cleanse was to help myself heal. Every single day, for the past two months, I have been going live on Facebook and sharing some educational moments with my patients and friends.

Yesterday, I mentioned how the cleanse can help you reverse heart-related problems. You can learn more about the nutritious supplements, and daily exercises I recommend for the 60-day cleanse through these blog posts.

Overweight? That’s Alarming!

Today, I will talk about how my cleanse can be great for someone who needs to lose weight. Obesity is a serious health concern in America. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the obesity rate was 42.4% in 2017-2018 – surpassing 40% for the first time.

Obesity is the risk factor for several health problems, including type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, gallbladder disease, fatty liver, osteoarthritis, kidney disease, sleep apnea, pregnancy complications, and certain cancers.

Eliminate the Extra Fats!

The excess or unhealthy distribution of fats in your body can contribute to a life of health misfortune. I recommend you maintain normal body weight with respect to your age and height. If you carry a few or even several extra pounds, losing weight without suffering is the goal. What do I mean by suffering? Many cleanses offer unrealistic food options that cannot be maintained after the program is done. This program we use is a cleanse to initiate lifestyle habits you will take beyond your program. Meals you’ll find delicious and satisfying. Stay in touch with my website for all the latest news on our system to reset your health and your life.

The goal is to maintain ideal body weight by eating healthy meals.

When you do my 60-day achievement program, you can safely lose 25 to 30 pounds in 60 days with proper nutrition and supplementation. Instead of going on a strict diet where you almost starve for the whole day, it is better to develop healthy eating habits that you can continue for as long as you live.

Avoid Rebound Weight Gain!

Losing 1 to 2 pounds per week is a safe and successful way to burn your excess weight. All you have to do is to make healthy changes in your diet and lifestyle. Once you have the habits that you learn over the life of the program, losing weight will be no big deal.

You can do the cleanse on your own with the instructions I offer, or you can contact me for direct support. Just make sure you plan your weight loss journey with care, so the weight doesn’t come back after getting off the cleanse.

Tomorrow is the last day. Are you excited?

Stay tuned for the final achievement!
