Day 60/60: Cleanse Away Pain & Discomfort

I Did It! Now it’s Your Turn!

Whoa! Today is the last day of my 60-day achievement program. Over the previous two days, I have been talking about why you should do a cleanse. On day 58, I mentioned cleansing to reverse heart disease. Yesterday, I discussed how you could eliminate excess pounds through this program.

You deserve to live a pain-free life!

Today, my final call to action is to cleanse to help rid yourself of pain. As a chiropractor with 40 years of clinical experience, I treat people with musculoskeletal pain on a daily basis. People live with pain for years and ignore it until it becomes severe. You don’t have to suffer!

Relieve Your Aches!

The pain doesn’t happen just overnight. It is often associated with an overload of musculoskeletal strain that is left unchecked until one day the final straw of strain breaks the camel’s back. with some chronic situation that develops over a long period. I’m here to tell you you don’t have to live your life with pain and discomfort. Did you know that we can tailor a cleanse to eliminate pain? Yes, go ahead and read that again. The pain that has been nagging for years can be gone in as little as 60 days. The nagging pain affecting joints, neck, shoulder, lower back, hips, feet, ankle, and forehead can be gone for good.

The top cause of injury is overexertion and bodily reactions, which affect 31.4% population worldwide. This fatigue causes billions lost in work productivity. I promote this achievement wellness program to cleanse away pain and discomfort. It helps you focus on daily habits that heal your body.

Reach For A Higher Pleasure

As I said on day 38, the Daily Stoic is read each day on this cleanse. The quote I read today, on October 8, says:

“Yes, getting your wish would have been so nice. But isn’t that exactly why pleasure trips us up? Instead, see if these things might be even nicer—a great soul, freedom, honesty, kindness, saintliness. For there is nothing so pleasing as wisdom itself…”

—MARCUS AURELIUS, MEDITATIONS, 5.9

I am concluding my 60-day cleanse. I find this stoic quite relatable. I am happy that the achievement program has ended well, but this pleasure is fleeting. As I plan the next great things, I will be more excited to accomplish those goals. In the end, qualities like wisdom, kindness, honesty, good character, and sobriety last longer, and that’s the higher pleasure.

What am I Going to Do Now?

It is day 60. I am done with this 60-day achievement program. I will be taking additional health tests soon to assess my health challenges and plan to review them within a future post. In the meantime, you are always welcome to contact me at any time to discuss what’s going on with my health, and conversely, I hope to hear your challenges and see how I can serve you. The new year is upon us, and I couldn’t think of a better time to do a body-mind reset. DO A CLEANSE FOR JANUARY 2021. I’m here to help.

In a single sentence, the 60-day wellness cleanse wasn’t easy, but it was worth it. I am so grateful for this empowering experience.
